Responsibilities: - Provide technical support to customers through phone, email, and other channels - Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues - Maintain customer records and document technical solutions - Identify and escalate complex customer issues to senior team members - Assist in the development and implementation of technical support processes Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent customer service and communication skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks - Ability to learn quickly and stay up to date with new technologies Preferred Skills: - Experience in customer service - Knowledge of basic computer hardware and software - Knowledge of network systems and protocols - Experience with customer relationship management software
